Contemplating Your Body (As A BBC Documentary)

The inside of your body is a miracle
         a cross between Houston Control
         and a tallow factory
                                                 I half expect
a stroll down a main aorta with David Attenborough
explaining the veiny meanings
                                                                or a conference
in the core of your heart with David Frost
        opening to questions from the floor
Whicker can handle the social centres of the brain
and the vaguely naughty bits

         you stretch out
                                         cameras topple all the
anchormen lose their grip
                                                     the outside of your body
is a miracle
